A Summer Outing has been planned for Wednesday 7th June, 2023, visiting Dumfries House and its gardens.

LEAVING:THE CROSS KILMACOLM 9.30am

HOME : APPROX 5.00pm

Coffee/Tea will be served on arrival

Tour of House approx. 45 minutes

Soup/Sandwiches Lunch 1.00-2.00

Gardens – afternoon visit at leisure

Leaving Dumfries House at 3.30pm

If there is time, a brief call in to a popular Garden Centre. All plans are subject to ‘weather permitting’

May 2020 Outing – cancelled due to Coronavirus Pandemic

The KHS Summer Outing on Wednesday 13th May 2020 visit to three venues – Geilston NTS Gardens, Ardardan Nurseries and Farm Shop, and in the afternoon a special visit to the Hill House at Helensburgh.

140th Anniversary Summer Outing 2019

The 140th Anniversary of the Scoiety is taking a full day’s Outing on Wednesday 26th June 2019 to visit Drummond Castle Gardens, and the Kilbryde Castle Garden. Cost of £35.00 includes morning coffee at Glenturret Distillery, visit to Drummond Castle, lunch and time at the Crieff Visitor Centre. The afternoon visit to Kilbryde Castle Garden at Dunblane will include tea/coffee, baking, in the Castle dining room.
